Am feeling 'nothing' but tired.. Muscle cramps (regretted doing lil' warm-ups before the jog) and insufficient sleeping times. And of cos' the overwhelming working days and energy that had been used up in PWP..

Anw, our incentives Ktv gathering was held yesterday @ Party World Ochard.. Great to see the very old faces. (: Take care all! (P/s: Celestine will only get hyperactive disease after 2am lol!)

I'm trying to go on a diet AGAIN this time. Yes, I'm trying.. Hard.

Exercising every week is a must for me now.. The most saddening part is cutting down on supper. Damn those prata shops..

Dieting hasn't been a problem.. since I was as young as 14 years old? But now, I think it is a huge problem.
